Rob Lovell
Chief Executive Officer
Rob is a successful serial IT entrepreneur having experience at both start-up companies, to running multi-national IT organisations. Rob started his first business at the age of 20; successfully merging it 2 years later in 2001 to the US based, Hostway Corporation. Rob stayed for another 4 years, as UK and European President, helping build up the European and Worldwide operations from £20m to £70m through organic and acquisitive growth and helping the company become a top 10 worldwide hosting provider with over 600,000 customers. Rob then served as Worldwide Director of Alliances from 2005 at Parallels, a large virtualisation software company now with over 1,000,000 customers and aided in the company's explosive year-on-year growth. Rob also serves on the board of Robson Communications Inc. and advises many VC firms on the Hosting and SaaS markets.
Jolyon Ryall
VP of Operations
Jo has been involved in the Web Hosting industry for over 10 years specialising in system development and customer support. Formerly a consultant programmer, Jo then went on to join the Hostway Corporation as Head of Systems, managing complex IT projects and rollouts of thousands of servers in the UK, US and Netherlands. He then went on to work as Director of Customer Experience at Fasthosts, one of the UK's largest web hosting companies, re-organising their customer touch functions and operations, before joining ThinkGrid. Jo is responsible for all IT operations incorporating R&D, Systems, Infrastructure and Customer Support.
Gregg Berretta
VP of Sales, Americas
Gregg has over 12 years of Business Development, Sales, and Marketing experience in the high tech industry, both at start-ups and Fortune 500 corporations. Gregg is a licensed attorney and inventor with two US Patents. Before joining ThinkGrid, Gregg led enterprise business development efforts for AT&T Wireless and then became Vice President of Business Development for Visto Corporation, which later became Good Technology. Gregg became the Vice President of Business Development at a CRM SaaS corporation competing with Salesforce.com and led Enterprise Business Development for Parallels, where Gregg was responsible for cloud solutions and partners like IBM, Novell, SAP, and others. Gregg is responsible for the sales, marketing, and business development of North America.
Scott Holmes
Director of Sales, EMEA
Scott leads Thinkgrid’s sales and business development functions in the UK and EMEA, with overall responsibility for channel partner acquisition, enablement and growth. Scott has over a decade of experience in Sales and Sales Management roles, initially specialising in Infrastructure and Virtualisation solution sales for leading Value Added Resellers including Insight Enterprises and Panacea Services. Building upon his experience in the virtualisation sector, Scott then led the UK Enterprise Sales function for Parallels Inc., where he was responsible for both partner management and direct end-user acquisition. Most recently, Scott was responsible for new business development at Virtustream, an Enterprise Cloud Solutions provider.
Milovan Milic
Director of WW Sales Engineering
Milovan has had a distinguished career in Computer System Architecture and Systems management. Having studied Computer Science, he began his career at start-up Solid Host as CTO - developing the system strategy. Milovan then moved to heading the virtualisation platforms for Virtacore, one of the largest providers of Virtual Server technologies to SMB's in the US. He then went on to build out the virtualisation and Automation platforms within Firstserv, an established UK Hosting provider. Milovan manages ThinkGrid's sales engineering team to help Partners architect and onboard their customers successfully.
Keif Gwinn
Director of WW R&D
Keif has worked in the web hosting industry for over 10 years, managing and architecting large multi-tenant systems capable of housing millions of customers. Keif previously served at the Hostway Corporation as Lead Architect, designing systems with thousands of servers, network components and across multiple data centres. He has also had roles at DotMailer, CIX and IARNA. Keif manages the ThinkGrid's R&D and Architecture teams which design the cloud services on top of ThinkGrid's data centres and manages ThinkGrid's software development lab in the Ukraine.
Julian Freeman
Head of Systems
Julian has had a career in systems management and over 15 years’ experience working for large ISPs such as CIX. His career has been a mix of Linux, Windows and Network management, incorporating processes, monitoring and management to manage growing data centre footprints. At ThinkGrid Julian manages the systems group, a team responsible for management of the virtualisation platforms and incorporates operating system and tool management within the company. Julian has a BSc from Liverpool University in Computer Science.
Aistis Zenkevicius
Head of Infrastructure
Aistis has had a career in complex infrastructure management and software deployment across worldwide data centres. Having worked at Parallels Inc since 2005 in their Hosting Provider division in a number of roles from deployment, pre-sales and software development. Before that Aistis was a senior engineer with Amen, one of France' largest hosting providers. Aistis has a BSc in Mathematics from Vilnius University. Aistis joined ThinkGrid in 2010, and manages the global data centre foot print, storage networks and regional capacity management.
