    ThinkExchange has two prominent facilities serving our UK and European customer base. Our primary datacentres are located in East London (Stratford) and in West London (Slough) and our UK backup facilities are based in Chicago.

    Always Available
    ThinkExchange's services are backed by SLAs guaranteeing 99.99% availability. In the simplest possible terms, this means that we have to make sure they're available to you almost all of the time and if we don't satisfy our own high standards, we'll reimburse you.

    Datacentre Security
    Our datacentres are entirely secure, in all respects. In terms of power, all datacentres have multiple power feeds from separate substations, primary and secondary power distribution units as well as standby power generators onsite. Heating, ventilation and air-conditioning requirements are met with 3,350 tons total refrigeration capacity, together with seven 30-ton Computer Room Air Conditioner units inside our data rooms. In terms of physical security, all datacentres have extensive CCTV, card reader access on all interior and exterior doors and are staffed 24x7x365.

    Backup and Security
    All data is continuously mirrored across our datacentres to ensure it can be easily retrieved in the event of files being deleted or written over. Additional backups and snapshots of data can also be configured according to your requirements

    Message archiving is a cost-effective, easily implemented hosted service that lets your business eliminate mail storage management challenges and implement data retention strategies for compliance and recovery.

    Redundancy
    We adhere to the recommended Micrososft deployment of Hosted Exchange, which has built-in clustering and redundancy throughout the system.
